Please follow the instructions below:

1. Today

  • Click Sign-up button below and complete Preliminary Application form.
  • Pay $500 deposit via Paypal or credit card.
  • Your secure online account is created.

2. Three weeks later

  • Pay second deposit of $1000.

3. Next

  • Complete final application online – log onto your secure ECI account.
  • Upload letter and photos for your Host Family.
  • Follow up with your teacher to make sure he/she completed your Teacher Recommendation Letter.
  • Electronically sign your Personal Responsibility Contract.

4. Finally

  • If you are not flying with the group, submit your travel itinerary & record locator number for all travel segments.
  • If you are taking classes for University Credit, confirm and pay relevant fees.
  • Send a copy of your passport by mail or email a scan.

5. By April 1, 2015

  • Pay the final balance.
