1. Today
- Click Sign-up button below and complete Preliminary Application form.
- Pay $500 deposit via Paypal or credit card.
- Your secure online account is created.
2. Three weeks later
- Pay second deposit of $1000.
3. Next
- Complete final application online – log onto your secure ECI account.
- Upload letter and photos for your Host Family.
- Follow up with your teacher to make sure he/she completed your Teacher Recommendation Letter.
- Electronically sign your Personal Responsibility Contract.
4. Finally
- If you are not flying with the group, submit your travel itinerary & record locator number for all travel segments.
- If you are taking classes for University Credit, confirm and pay relevant fees.
- Send a copy of your passport by mail or email a scan.
5. By April 1, 2015
- Pay the final balance.
