Adios, Salamanca! On the Road to San Sebastián

We toured our town one last time

For our last day in Salamanca, we took a nice, long stroll through the city to capture some fun photos.

Birthday celebration

At the end of our walk, we ended up at an old-fashion American restaurant, Peggy Sue’s. We indulged in some home comfort food, and then surprised Tia with an early birthday song and brownie! Later that evening, we met again to have our favorite Spanish sweet: chocolate con churros.

Arriving in San Sebastián

The next morning, we woke up before the sun to catch our train to San Sebastián. We had to jump on two trains to make our way to this beautiful town on the Northern coast of Spain. Once we arrived, we met the host families at the train station, said our goodbyes, and the students were off!

We look forward to hearing about their immersion experience!
