Program dates and fees

A summary of all dates and fees for our summer programs for high school students in France and Spain, including information about what is and is not included in the program fees.

France 2017

Individual Immersion: France Anytime from July 1 – August 20 $1295 per week* + airfare (*one-week-only supplement of $675)

Spain 2017

Individual Immersion: Spain Anytime from July 1 – August 20 $1295 per week* + airfare (*one-week-only supplement of $675)

Costa Rica 2017

Group Immersion: Costa Rica June 24 – July 11 $3895 + airfare

Scholarships

We are offering two scholarships of $500 each to be applied towards the 2017 summer immersion programs.

Program prices include

Group Immersion programs

  • All accommodations
  • All language classes, group activities, excursions and admissions
  • All transportation abroad
  • All meals during residences (dorms) & Host Family Immersion Week
  • Two meals per day during days of travel
  • Chaperone/student ratio of 1/8

Individual Immersion programs

  • All accommodations
  • All transportation abroad*
  • All host family meals
  • On-call Host Family Coordinator

* Pick up and drop off from designated airports within France and Spain will incur an additional charge – see brochures for details.

Program prices do not include

Group Immersion programs

  • Airline tickets (Students can purchase airline tickets on the designated chaperoned flights from San Francisco or JFK via our travel partner STA Travel, www.statravel.com or 1.877.777.8717. Students may also purchase their tickets independently.)
  • Spending money
  • Optional activities
  • Some lunches
  • University Credit Fees (optional – see individual program brochures for details of fees)
  • Travel or medical insurance
