Learning to make fideuà

This afternoon, the students rolled up their sleeves and learned how to make a popular Southern Spanish dish.

They made fideuà, a dish very similar to paella, except that fideuà is made with a type of thin pasta instead of rice. The students cut all the vegetables and fish, and cooked the entire meal (with the exception of the broth, which had to be prepared ahead of time). Our finished fideuà masterpiece was delicious, and everyone had a great time cooking and sharing the experience!

Tonight, we have a salsa dance class after dinner.

Until tomorrow!
